- Select wedding consultant.
- Select place for ceremony.
- Select reception site.
- Select florist.
- Select color scheme.
- Select photographer.
- Select videographer.
- Select music for the ceremony and reception.
- Select caterer.
- Select rentals (tent, chairs, tables, linens, chair covers).
- Select wedding gown, headpiece, veil, accessories, shoes, and stockings.
- Schedule engagement portrait.
- Plan honeymoon and, if necessary, apply for passports.
