Hello Bride & Groom’s To Be!
I’m Ruby the Rochester Bride! As a newlywed of the Rochester area, I love sharing my knowledge of the wedding experience with newly engaged couples. This week, we are going to discuss everything to do with rentals for your ceremony and reception!
Rentals are a key part to your wedding, whether it be the chairs or dishes, everything has to be there and ready to use the day of your wedding! Here are some helpful hints for rentals:
{1} Find an agency with trained personnel that will take the time to answer your questions, and will accommodate all of your needs.
{2} Find out if they have a showroom, which will give you a better idea of what they carry and what the end product will look like.
{3} Ask if the setup is included in the price because your reception site may not be able to help with setup.
{4} The day of delivery, designate someone to be in charge of making sure the rentals are in good condition and the correct number of units are delivered.
{5} Rent extra equipment just in case unexpected guests come, or if there are last minute needs.
{6} Make sure when the items are delivered, they are to be clean and ready to present.
{7} Always ask about any other costs that should be made clear.
Remember, not all rental companies provide the same cotton polyester blend linens. Look around and find some great companies that will transform your space into an extraordinary looking event.
