{1} Maid or Matron of Honor Duties:
- Assist the bride in the wedding planning process, including shopping!
- Help the bride with tasks such as mailing invitations, decor, etc.
- Plan and contribute to Bridal Shower, or party for the Bride and Groom
- You are in charge of the Bachelorette Party as well!
- Coordinate shower gift with bridesmaids
- Attend pre-wedding events
- Purchase of wedding attire and accessories
- Travel expenses
- Arrive early at the Bride's home to help dress and prepare for photos
- During the ceremony hold groom’s ring and bride’s bouquet
- During the ceremony adjust Bride’s gown, veil, and train
- Sign marriage license as a legal witness
- May offer a toast to Bride and Groom at the reception; mingle at reception
- Wedding gift
- Assist the Groom with wedding details
- Plan the Bachelor party
- Coordinate gift for groom with other groomsmen
- Attend pre-wedding events
- Purchase wedding attire accessories
- Travel expenses
- Arrive at Groom’s home before ceremony
- Provides transportation for Groom to ceremony and reception
- Provides car decoration
- Sign marriage license as a legal witness
- Holds the Bride's ring during ceremony
- Holds clergy fee for the Groom
- Offer the first toast to the Bride and Groom at the reception
- Return Groom’s attire to the rental shop
- Wedding gift
- Confirm honeymoon travel arrangements for Groom
- Help the Bride with wedding tasks
- Participate and contribute to bridal shower

- May arrive at the bride’s home prior to ceremony for photographs
- May hand out program to guests prior to ceremony
- May sprinkle rose petals down the aisle prior to bride going up the aisle
- The purchase of wedding attire and accessories
